  "THIS IS A GREAT BUDGET HOTEL CENTRALLY LOCATED WITH A FANTASTIC ROOF TERRACE TO CHILL OUT IN AT THE END OF A DAY. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY" (99169950)

  THE ROOF TERRACE IS A REAL GEM

  The staff was accomodating when we asked to switch from the streetside noisy room to a quieter room. The location to the train station was ideal because we visited many of italy's other smaller cities. The distance to the main attractions in Florence was also a positive.

  When I originally booked the room, i didn't know that our reservation was for a room in another building down the street. The original room was facing the street, thus noisy. There were no curtains and the shutters were broken streaming in light. Together, the noise, light, and stale stench gave us a sleepless night. We were able to switch to another room and were pleased only because we were looking for a good night's sleep.
