"This hotel was easy to find. When I arrived the owners were pleasant and trated me like they had known me for years, which instantly made me feel at home. The room was clean and fresh. And the brakfast was delicious. The only improvement, I can suggest is supplying customers with a map of how to get there. The only reason I had no problem finding the hotel is because I know the area." (97872640)

It was clean, fresh and homely

The room was very small. If I was there more than one night it would have been too small.

"A relaxing time and I had no problems whatsoever." (108019643)

I liked the fan in the room, which was useful as the two nights I spent were quite muggy and it would have been difficult to sleep without it.

The guesthouse was by a main road, which was a little noisy but that did not effect my stay all that much.

"Very, very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. " (97066883)

Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't be more helpful or approachable.

I would have preferred the hotel to be completely smoke-free, however I appreciate this is purely a personal preference.

The Poppy room in which I stayed was very pretty, comfortable and of excellent cleanliness. If you like poppies you will not be disappointed every thing down to toilet roll had poppies on. We were greated by cheerful freindly Sue, and her dogs all of who made us feel very welcome. We were also welcomed with chilled wine, orange and seashells chocolates(lovely touch)in our room. Information on what to do and where to go was second to none and I felt spoilt for choice. Sue will direct you to the best fish and chip shop in Yarmouth(yum). Service at breakfast and food was lovely.

The location was excellent and the couple that owned the B & B were very helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in a little early as the room was ready and we had a nice box of chocolates and a bottle of wine to welcome us.
